Outside Installation
Measure the clear distance between the two walls. Then add 10 cm (4 inches) to each side.
Total required width = opening width + 20 cm (8 inches)
This allows the gate to be mounted outside the wall opening.
One Side Inside & One Side Outside Installation
Measure the clear distance between the two walls. Add 10 cm (4 inches) on the outside wall side only.
Total required width = opening width + 10 cm (4 inches)
This option is ideal when one side allows outside mounting and the other side must remain inside.
